The Research & Development department is the core of the company’s strategic plans. Indeed, it represents a competitive tool, which is absolutely necessary to face the increasing demands and the complexity of the market. To pursue the aforesaid philosophy, which aims at developing products that meet market needs, ICAP Leather Chem, every year, invests more than 5% of its turnover in R&D projects and makes use of about 15% of its staff that synergistically operates at its analysis, synthesis, formulation, application and quality control laboratories.
